Our primary service zone covers the greater Milwaukee metro area and extends through the surrounding counties, including Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, Ozaukee County, Washington County, Racine County, and Kenosha County. If your business is located in Southeastern Wisconsin, just contact us to confirm service availability.
We try to send the same crew each time, although we cannot guarantee it. We know how important it is to have that warm and fuzzy feeling each time you see the same faces. Sometimes we have to juggle a bit, but we’ll always do our best to keep your crew consistent.
We don’t like anyone waiting on us. Our policy is to be back in touch with you in 24 hours or less.
Yes! We love your furry friends. We will work around them.
Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be at the location, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run, or are away, that works for us as well.
Definitely. We bring all cleaning supplies, cleaning cloths, mop, vacuum, broom, and our energetic selves! If you have specific products you would like us to use or not use, let us know and we can certainly accommodate.
We will email you a bill after your service and you can pay online with a credit card, PayPal, check.
We ask that you kindly give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a notice within this time frame, there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
It varies for each rental/business. Factors like square footage, number of rooms, bathrooms, condition of the space will determine the time spent.
Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. If you wish to tip your cleaning team, you can do so at the time of service or add it to your payment.
